How CompassOps works

It's an AI operations team for your small business. It knows your business, works in your voice, and gives you a straight answer. Here's the whole thing, in plain English.

What it is, in three pieces

CompassOps is what you get: your AI operations team. It knows your business and writes in your voice. The part you talk to.
The Compass is your workspace, the thing you open to get to work.
Claude is the engine underneath, a powerful AI from a company called Anthropic. CompassOps runs on it, the way a good product runs on a good engine. You set up your own Claude account, which is what keeps CompassOps a one-time buy with no monthly bill from us.

You don't think about the engine. You just talk to CompassOps and it does the work.

What it does for you

You ask in plain words, like texting a helper. It already knows your business, so everything sounds like you. It writes a week of social posts in one sitting. The customer emails and newsletters you keep putting off. Replies to every review, good or bad. Product descriptions that actually sell. Sale and promo plans, back-in-stock alerts, follow-ups, even your standard operating procedures.

And the parts nobody else has: when you hit something you do over and over, it builds you a custom tool for it in minutes, no developer, no new software. And it's an operations brain, not just a writer. Think through a slow season, a pricing call, or how to move old stock, and it's right there with you, with a straight answer.

Getting started takes about an hour, once

1

Get your own Claude account ($20/month, paid to Claude, not to us). It's what powers CompassOps.

2

Install the Claude desktop app and sign in. The work part (Cowork) is built in.

3

Open your CompassOps folder and say hello. It learns your business with a few questions, then makes you something real on the spot.

After that first hour, getting something made takes a few minutes, every time.

It gives you a straight answer

Most AI agrees with everything. CompassOps won't help you torch your brand. Here's a real one, from when the founder floated a joke product, a $485 rock:

"A $485 rock that says 'ski bamboo,' bought for $4, is one of two things. A joke piece, lean into the absurdity. Or a serious product, in which case it'll get roasted online and dent the trust you've built. Which are you going for? I won't dress up something I don't believe will sell."
